Lyrics

re-purposed as "Perfect Crime"
lyrics by Sean Lennon

The sun is a selfish lover
The moon's often left half full
And stars always stare at the gutter
Even light has to bend some rules

Man will fly farther and farther
To escape woman's gravity
But there is a hole in the heart
Of every galaxy

When the first universe expanded
It was the perfect crime
For nobody knows who planned it
But the planets are doing their time
